I’m a coach, speaker , and fitness instructor. My goal is to inform in a relatable way, to help people of all ages reach their truest potential. Drawing on my experience in education, finance, fitness training, and coaching, I work with people and groups of all ages.
I discovered yoga and Pilates as a result of a skiing accident that left me with a broken pelvis, on crutches, and unable to go for my daily 10 mile run. The positive results of Pilates and yoga made me want to share the benefits with others. I’m now certified in Pilates Barre, Reformer, Mat & Ball, as well as a certified E-RYT 500 yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance. Because I wanted to help my clients in a broader context, I became a certified Health & Wellness Coach and a certified Life Coach.
She works with clients in 1:1 and group coaching, workshops, and seminars as they boost their self-confidence, self-esteem, and resilience.
